We took a 16-day trip in November through Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos. Our time spent in Vietnam included perching ourselves on plastic stools for bia hoi and pho as we wandered the frenetic streets of Hanoi and making our way up for a junk boat cruise to marvel at the jutting limestone karsts in Bai Tu Long Bay.
