We took a long weekend in April to explore the beauty of Barbados. We started with the Mount Gay Rum Tour and wandered downtown Bridgetown before making our way to our lodging on the southern side of the island. We took a rental car the next morning to explore the island proceeding counterclockwise from Crane Beach through Bathsheba along the north side of the island and back around again in time for Oistin’s Friday Night Fish Fry. The next day we took surf lessons and enjoyed more rum. Barbados may be small, but it’s a mighty beautiful island filled was friendly people, beautiful coastline, and a variety of things to do and explore!
