We took this 10-day trip in early-September to seek out some of the most iconic experiences in Morocco. We wandered among the tangled web of souks, marveled at the architecture and artisanship of the medina, and ate our way through the fabled city of Marrakesh. We then navigated across mountain passes and an area known as the ‘Hollywood of Africa’ before exploring the Dadès Valley and Todhra Gorge and riding camels along the dunes into the Sahara Desert. From the desert, we traveled back north until we reached the colorful blue city of Chefchaouen and the intimidating and proud artisan city of Fez. We concluded our time by eating and exploring our way through the cinematically romanticized city of Casablanca before flying back home. This trip was an epically diverse and fantastic introduction to the great African country of Morocco
