This was a 10-day road trip in September through what many call ‘Big Sky Country’ just before everything started to shut down for the winter. We began our journey in Bozeman, Montana and headed right into Glacier National Park before dipping our toe into the state of Washington to check out Steptoe Butte and Palouse Falls State Parks. We then made our way through Idaho to explore the Malad Gorge, Shoshone Falls Park, and Craters of the Moon National Monument. From there we kicked it up a notch and headed to Wyoming for the Grand Tetons and Jackson Hole until we found ourselves face-to-face with rainbow hot springs and free-roaming bison in the Lamar Valley of Yellowstone National Park. This was a trip full of camping, roadside attractions, and breathtaking natural beauty that can only be found in this area of the U.S.A.
