This trip was taken in the month of September for a taste of the Cotswolds, England. After flying into Heathrow (LHR), we picked up our rental and head to the countryside stopping at the Rollright Stones before popping in at Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm Shop to sample his goods. We continued across the northern-end of the Cotswolds through Chipping Campden, Broadway Tower, Snowshill, and the Cotswolds Distillery before settling in at Stow-on-the-Wold. The next day included the quintessential towns of the Bibury, Northleach, Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water, and The Slaughters; along the way we enjoyed local beverages and a hearty Sunday Roast (or two!). On our final day we traveled through the quaint towns of Tetbury, Castle Combe, and Lacock on our way back to London. This sounds like a lot, but it was a fantastic and efficient experience of the beauty and variety of the Cotswolds countryside!
